I won’t go into all the spiel about how massive of an opportunity this is for everyone who gets to train under Owen on the day, a quick Google will tell you that. But I have attached a couple of videos, just for good measure!

This seminar will have dedicated coverage of both point fighting, and light continuous.

This seminar will cover Kata and Kumite drills, with a particular emphasis on sweeps and kicks.
